USA / Canada Tariffs

Quick Facts 

• Whatever current tariff rate is in place (as it is ever-changing these days) + $1.99 +10% processing fee are added at checkout with Canada Post
• with our exchange rate, it's not that much more than buying at par
• handmade goods (when available) can be duty-free (read more below)
• shipping fees & tariffs can't be refunded if you cancel your order

Henna / Herbal Products:

All henna and botanical powder products are tariffed, as the herbs originate outside of North America.

Art & Handmade Goods:

Arty offerings may be available from time to time. While paintings, ornaments & pysanky are all CUSMA compliant (hand-crafted in Canada) it does not mean that they are exempt from whatever tariffs are being imposed by the south of the border government. You will likely have to pay tariffs.

Tariff / fees regarding cancellations or refusals

The government will not refund tariff duties, brokerage fees or associated shipping fees. 
This means: 
If you decide to cancel your Henna Canada order after you've paid for it, we are unable to refund your shipping fees, or duties. 
If you refuse your order package because of an unexpected fee to be paid on delivery, the shipping & all associated fees cannot be refunded.
