Fluff Musk Soap
Orange Patchouli.
Bird owners could sniff their fids all day - their musk is intoxicating!
The earthy, complex scent of patchouli is like that musk.
I combine patchouli with fresh citrus, floral ylang ylang & vanilla-like benzoin to create an intoxicating scent. Ok, maybe that's just my opinion... But I love it!
This is an exfoliation bar with ground apricot shell. Don't want the gentle scrubbing feel? Use this bar with a facecloth or shower poof ;)
Real soap. Handmade using oils & butters that moisturize; pure essential oils for a safe fragrance. Vegan. Palm-free. Natural. Biodegradable.
Bars are over 5oz each (aprox 150g).
I have extremely dry, sensitive skin & couldn't find a soap that didn't make me feel itchy & irritated. Solution? Make my own! And so it began in 2006.
Based on the soft oils & heavy in olive, the bars are physically softer ( great for cutting with a knife if you need to divide a bar for travel or a guest); the payoff is that my soap is gentler on the skin. I add just enough virgin coconut oil to create a medium lather, but otherwise shun the cheap coconut & palm oils found in most soap that dry out the skin.
Biodegradable, you can feel good about this soap rinsing down the drain. It's safe for the environment & wildlife ;)
The upside of real, natural soap that's important for bird owners? No toxic chemical residue stuck to the skin & no toxic synthetic fragrances.
The look of the soap might be different from the picture. I tend to play with the colour & pour method from batch to batch.
Do you have a feather baby? Let me know in the notes to seller!
Ingredients:
Sunflower oil, olive oil, coconut oil, water, sodium hydroxide (lye), Australian ivory clay, rhassoul clay, apricot shell, sugar, essential oils of yuzu, sweet orange, benzoin, ylang ylang & pathchouli.
Note: natural soap has a tendency to melt away if left in a pool of water. Storing it on a wire soap holder away from the shower stream is advised.
If you have any adverse / allergic reactions, stop using product immediately. I've never known it to happen, but it's said to cover my FeatherWhipped booty ;)
