I ship with Canada Post & Purolator - you get to choose shipping method.
*hint: Canada Post Priority is a scam if you live within a 4 hour radius of Collingwood, Ontario: There's no such thing as overnight delivery with Canada Post - so save your money :). 
I ship as quickly as possible - usually within 2 business days.
If i've run out of stock before getting to your order (which will delay shipping), I'll contact you ;)
Please be sure that what you are ordering is in stock! 
Yeah, that sounds weird... When i run out of a product, my customers actually prefer that I list the product as in stock as soon as i know it's been shipped to me. That way their orders are being shipped out as soon as inventory arrives. 
I keep everyone up to date with inventory ETA's via the slideshow on my home page & via emails (so make sure you sign up!) 
So yes, i ship within 2 business days if all of the products are in stock ;)

If a package was not picked up in time from the post office & returned to me, or if your package is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, there is a fee for me to reclaim the package.
In order to still receive your package, you'll have to pay the reclaim fee & pay for shipping again.
Please contact me right away if you know your item was returned & still want it back. Since i don't resell henna powders that were kept of out the freezer for long periods, i will often choose to not reclaim the parcel, which means it goes to the land of dead parcels.
