Helm Weave
This Helm Weave size is perfect for everyone. Wide enough to not be considered delicate, while still light & thin. Each inch is made up of 37 hand woven rings.
Choose either all stainless steel or add some colour with titanium jump rings. Pure titanium is coloured a by anodization (funky electrical current things that does not affect the purity or safety of titanium). Message me to see what colours are currently available or to custom order a specific colour ;)
The hook clasp is also hand made from 18 gauge stainless steel wire.
Chainmaille is an ancient process, handwoven one jump ring at a time with just a pair of pliers, a ton of patience & time.
Sold by length, you can custom order this chain weave as a bracelet, anklet, choker or necklace.
Length listed is from end to end including the clasp.
Made from parrot safe* food grade stainless steel wire. Free from heavy metals & potential toxins to your birds; hypoallergenic for the humans.

Why Parrot Safe?
Companion parrots often die from heavy metal toxicity due to playing with jewelry. It's known that costume jewelry can be high enough in lead & cadmium to be toxic to children, but in my research I discovered that even high quality jewelry components are full of zinc, copper, lead & tin. Most jewelry components are brought in from China with no MSDS sheets (or even manufacturing company name!) to check what is in the material. Even with 304 and 316 stainless steel parts!
I spent an entire year sourcing out 304 stainless steel and food grade aluminum made in north america with MSDS sheets to confirm they they were pure, clean & safe to protect my flock and yours :)
